1. What should I do if I want to sell or transfer this membership?

1. Required to find a new buyer by yourself

2. Membership must be fully paid.

3. No outstanding for Annual Maintenance Fees

4. Transferee must be at least 21 years old and above

5. Transfer Fee (10% of the current purchase price). There will be no fee imposed for transferor immediate family or nominee as defined in the Prospectus.

6. Written Notice (from the Transferor)

7. Return of Original Certificate

8. Return of Original Agreement (Stamped)

9. Return of AVRD Membership Cards and Genting Silver Cards [Both Principal (P) and Nominee (N)]

10. Return of RCI Card

11. Return of Prospectus - If lost, penalty will be imposed @ RM20.00.

The transferee require to sign the application form and other documents as below:

1. Transfer forms (2 copies)

2. Genting Silver Card Application [both principal and Nominee)

3. Application Form

4. Buyer Declaration Form

5. Photocopy of IC new principal and nominee

6. Card fees (RM60.00)
   a) Silver card (principal & nominee) - RM40.00
   b) Membership card (principal & nominee) - RM20.00
