AVRD is in the business of operating and managing a Timeshare Ownership Scheme, which provides and coordinates for its Timeshare Owners holiday accommodation at holiday resorts with a total of 7 nights per year for the next 25 years.

The resorts offered by Awana Vacation Resorts are Awana Genting, Ria Apartment and Awana Kijal which is located in Terengganu. Members may also stay at Resort Hotel, Theme Park Hotel, First World Hotel and Awana Porto Malai in Pulau Langkawi during low seasons. With our latest reciprocal exchange, members are now able to enjoy their holiday not only in Malaysia but also with variety of choices of resorts located at Thailand, Indonesia, India, China, Australia, Mexico and Europe without having to pay any exchange fees. There is also access to Resort Condominiums International (RCI) exchange for members, which leads to more than 3,800 affiliated resorts over 85 countries around the world.
